Penny Bell as the founder of Amplify Performance has a particular focus on navigating supply chain and operations transformation. Penny’s key strength is to authentically engage, guide, and coach businesses and their workforces to translate conceptual strategy into operationalised outcomes that deliver measurable results quickly and sustainably. She sits alongside your leadership and workforce and in partnership, delivers tangible evidence that organisational success is not purely a focus on deploying resources, rather it’s about being resourceful, creative and leveraging a combination of non-conscious neuroscience tools, behavioural economics and leading- edge transformation models.
Penny’s global leadership journey has spanned Sales & Business Development Leadership roles in the Media and Technology industries, leading and training sales teams in Australia and USA; she has worked in Management Consulting specialising in Strategy & Operations, in the IT, Finance, Automotive, Pharmaceutical industries ; and more recently has held a number of Supply Chain Leadership roles in FMCG & Healthcare as well as Transformation Leadership roles in the Grocery, Healthcare & Telecommunications spaces. More specifically Penny has worked for organisations such as Deloitte, Mars, Nestle, Baxter Healthcare, Tenix Defence, Metcash, Johnson & Johnson and more recently Telstra. In these role she has established, developed, insourced, improved and optimised supply chain operations, spanning functions including Customer Service, Procurement, Demand & Supply Planning, Operations, Warehousing & Distribution automation, Facilities Management & Merchandising.
Penny holds a BA from ANU, an MBA from AGSM, an Advanced Leadership Certification from Harvard and she is an accredited coach with Executive Central and YB12 Coaching; She is currently completing her Digital Marketing Certification.
She is a mum to an almost teenage daughter, a Burmese cat owner, lover of all things country, coastal & city, an avid gardener, loves to snow ski, water ski and travel, she is a rookie painter and rookie ocean swimmer supporting Cantoo, raising money for cancer research.
